Refund policy

At Wahahe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories and documentation
  • Not show signs of wear, damage or misuse


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases, Wahahe will arrange a replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you.


Customer-Initiated Returns

If you no longer require the item, ordered the wrong product, or selected an unsuitable size or variation, you may return the item within the return period.

Return shipping costs for customer-initiated returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


No Restocking Fees

Wahahe does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different variation, colour, size, or alternative product, please contact our support team and we will assist you.


Non-Returnable Products

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, health, safety, or other legal reasons. Where applicable, these exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
